1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on Pinnaxa, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
2. Delivery Area
Pinnaxa currently delivers only within Ahmedabad. Orders with an address or pincode outside our serviceable area will not be accepted. Our delivery area may expand over time — check the checkout page for current availability.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Timing
Orders placed before 10:00 AM are generally delivered the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM are delivered by the next day. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, product availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delay.
4. Prebook Orders
Some products may be temporarily out of live stock but available to "Prebook" while a fresh shipment is in transit. Placing a prebook order reserves your item from that incoming stock; delivery for prebooked items typically takes 2-3 days, longer than our standard same-day/next-day delivery window. We will keep you informed if timing changes.
5. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST, which is calculated per product based on its GST classification. Prices, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets) via Razorpay. For online payments, your order is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Since we sell fresh and perishable produce, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except where the product received is damaged, spoiled, or materially different from what was ordered — in which case, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund. Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are shipped, from your account's order history.
8. Pinnaxa Coins
Pinnaxa Coins are a loyalty reward earned on completed orders and redeemable against future purchases (1 coin = ₹1, up to 50% of an order's subtotal). Coins earned or redeemed on a cancelled order are reversed. Coin earning rates may change over time and are shown at checkout before you place an order. Coins have no cash value outside the Pinnaxa platform and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
9. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pinnaxa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or delayed/failed deliveries due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
